OUR STORY

At French's Marine, we believe some of life's greatest memories are made on the water. Whether it's watching the sunrise from the driver's seat of your fishing boat, spending the afternoon cruising the lake with family, or teaching your kids how to cast a fishing pole for the first time, boating has a way of bringing people together. Those moments are why we do what we do.
 
We're Chad and Ashley French, a husband-and-wife team who have turned a lifelong passion for boating, fishing, and the outdoors into a family business dedicated to serving fellow boaters throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
 
For Chad, boats have always been more than a hobby. With more than 15 years in the marine industry, he's spent his career helping boat owners keep their time on the water safe, reliable, and enjoyable. Ashley brings a background in entrepreneurship, business operations, and customer service, making sure every customer enjoys clear communication, an organized experience, and friendly service from the very first call. Together, we built French's Marine.

When you call us, you'll talk directly with us- we'll answer your questions honestly, keep you informed every step of the way, and care for your boat as if it were our own. We know how much your boats mean to to you, because our own boats mean the same to us.
 
When we're not working, you'll usually find us outside with our two children, Austyn and Wayne. Whether we're fishing, boating, or simply enjoying a day at the lake, outside on the water is where we're happiest. We hope our children grow up with the same love for the outdoors that shaped our lives- and that their childhood is filled with fishing trips, sunny days on the water, and memories that last a lifetime.
 
That's why this business means so much to us. Every service is about more than just servicing a boat- it's about helping your family have the opportunity to make more memories outdoors and on the water.
